Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

I bring all supplies and equipment—including sanitized Bissell rollers—and use fresh paper towels to ensure a clean, sanitary experience in every home.

What kind of cleaner do you use?

I clean with a custom-made all-purpose solution made from vinegar, alcohol, soap, and lemon essential oil—safe, fresh, and effective.

For specialized tasks, we use

• bleach gel for toilets

• Sprayway for glass and mirrors

• Bissell floor

• stainless-steel cleaner

• oven cleaner

What payment methods do you accept?

Remaining payment is due at the time of service. We accept

If paying in cash or by check, please have the exact amount ready at the time of your appointment.

We do not accept payment apps (such as Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal).

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. As long as we have safe access (a key, code, or someone to let us in), you’re free to run errands, work, or relax while we clean.

What is a Bissell floor cleaner?

A Bissell vacuum/mop (also called a Bissell Crosswave, Spin Wave, or All-in-One cleaner) is a machine that vacuums and mops at the same time.

It's designed to pick up dry debris and also scrub and wash floors using water or cleaning solution.

What it Does:

• Vacuums up dirt, pet hair, and crumbs

• Simultaneously mops using a built-in water tank and microfiber roller

• Cleans hard floors like tile, laminate, vinyl, and sealed hardwood

Does the Bissell leave the floor looking shiny or polished?

No—the Bissell is designed to vacuum and wash hard floors much like sweeping and mopping separately would.

It does not polish, wax, or shine them. It effectively removes dirt and grime, leaving your floors clean and fresh.

However, it will leave your floor looking clean, but there may be an occasional water line where the water dried.

The water coming out of the Bissell is always clean, so any lines water has dried is not an indication of it being dirty.

Is it Safe for Hardwood?

Yes—as long as the hardwood is sealed, it’s totally safe. Bissell machines are designed with:

• Minimal water flow (to avoid oversaturating wood)

• Soft rollers that won’t scratch floors

• Solutions made specifically for multi-surface or hardwood-safe cleaning
